Illustration with example data
The short version: when your office is on another call or your team is out in the field, the receptionist answers. It tells callers it is a virtual assistant, answers from your notes about the systems and areas you cover, books service visits on your calendar and takes messages for the rest. You get an email for every call.

Made for the busy season

What it does for an HVAC company

Service calls booked

A homeowner with a system down wants a time. It offers open slots on your calendar and books one while they are on the line.

The address and the problem

It writes down what the system is doing and reads the callback number back, so the tech arrives knowing what to expect.

Your service area, stated plainly

Callers outside the area you list are told so politely, instead of booking a visit you cannot make.

Nights and weekends

Choose after-hours answering and the late-night calls come in as bookings and messages, not missed calls.

Step by step

    6. Caller: Yeah, it's Dev. Dev Patel.

Common questions

Can it tell an emergency from a routine call?
A caller describing a life-threatening emergency, like a gas smell, is told to hang up and call 911. Everything else is booked or taken as a message, and you see each call in your email.
Can it quote a repair price?
Only prices you write into its notes, such as a service call fee. It never invents a price or a promise.
Can it send the job to my technician?
It books the visit on your calendar and emails you the call. It does not dispatch technicians or text them.
What if call volume jumps in summer?
It keeps answering, and extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate. You can move to a bigger plan for the season and back down later, prorated.
