Illustration with example data
The short version: Starter is $49 a month for 100 minutes, Pro is $99 for 250, and Growth is $199 for 600. Past your minutes, each extra minute is billed at your plan's rate, and calls under 15 seconds are free. You can switch plans whenever your call volume changes.

Choosing a plan

Which plan fits

Start from your missed calls, not your total calls. The receptionist only uses minutes on the calls it answers.

Starter: $49 a month

100 minutes of answered calls each month, then $0.35 a minute. For a few missed calls a day.

Pro: $99 a month

250 minutes of answered calls each month, then $0.29 a minute. For a busy line most days.

Growth: $199 a month

600 minutes of answered calls each month, then $0.25 a minute. For a team that lives on the phone.

Not sure yet?

Begin on Starter. Your call summaries show how many minutes you actually use, and moving up is prorated, so you never pay twice for the same days.

How billing works

No surprises on the invoice

Short calls cost nothing

Hang-ups, wrong numbers and anything under 15 seconds are not billed.

Caps stop spam from adding up

Calls are limited per day and per caller. Past those limits, your phone simply rings as normal.

One bill with your other services

Charged monthly through your 1Digital account, and you see the price before you pay.

Cancel from your account

The receptionist keeps answering until the end of the period you already paid for.
