A blocker is something stopping your site from functioning: the site is down (5xx errors on home or any indexed page), login or account access is broken, payment processing is broken, forms aren't submitting or aren't delivering leads, or there's a critical SEO regression (robots.txt blocking the site, sitemap malformed and de-indexed, redirect loops, mass canonical/schema errors that risk de-indexing, or SSL/TLS expired on a production hostname). Visual nits, typo fixes, image swaps, content additions, new pages, and custom builds don't qualify — those run on the standard change SLA. You mark a ticket as a blocker in the CMS; we honor every reasonable designation. The blocker SLA scales by tier: 1 business day on Essentials, same business day on Growth (≤ 8 business hours), 4 business hours on Premium. Fair-use governed — sustained misuse (~3+ false blockers in 30 days) triggers a conversation, not a penalty.

Month-to-month plans have no minimum term — close your account from the dashboard whenever you like, no penalty. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months; if you leave early you keep access through the end of your paid term. Either way, your content and redirect map export whenever you want — it's your data. We earn the renewal by being worth it.
