Signal for eCommerce · New
Find the shoppers already asking for what you sell.
Every day, people ask Reddit, forums and YouTube where to buy the perfect golf clubs, which grips hold up best, or who has RV supplies in stock. Signal reads those public conversations for your store, keeps the ones worth joining, and puts them in one dashboard.

The short version: your next customers are already asking for your products in public. A golfer asks which grips hold up in the heat. A new RV owner asks what to buy before the first trip. Those posts are buying intent, and they disappear down the feed within a day. Signal is the tool our own team uses to find conversations like these. It searches the communities your customers use, filters out the noise, and shows you each post with the reason it fits, so you can answer while the shopper is still deciding.
What it finds
Four conversations worth finding
Where do I buy…?
Shoppers ask communities where to buy a product, who has it in stock, or who ships fast. Signal finds those posts while they are still fresh, so you can point the shopper to your store.
Which one is best for…?
"Which golf grip holds up in humid weather?" is a buyer comparing products. These questions are the best openings to answer helpfully, and the best source of copy for your product pages and FAQs.
Problems with a competitor
When someone says their order never arrived or a product broke, they are about to buy again. Signal flags the posts that mention a competitor or a product like yours.
Wholesale and B2B buyers
Shop owners and buyers ask on LinkedIn and trade forums for new suppliers. For brands that sell wholesale, those are leads worth a direct reply.
How it works
Three steps, no searching
- 1
Tell it what you sell
Describe your products and your customer in a sentence. The AI writes the strategy: which communities to read, what to keep and what to skip.
- 2
Signal scans on a schedule
Each scan reads the latest public posts and keeps only the shoppers your strategy describes.
- 3
Conversations land in your dashboard
Each one shows the post, where it came from and why it fits. Mark it Worked or Not a fit, and the next scan learns from it.
Strategies written for you
One sentence in. A search plan out.
You don't need to know which subreddits or forums your customers use. Describe them, and the AI drafts a strategy: where to look, which posts to keep, and which to skip. It checks that every community it picked actually exists before you switch it on.
Run one strategy per product line. A golf store might run one for clubs and fittings and another for grips and gloves.
Describe who you want to find
Golfers shopping for new clubs, grips and bags
- Where to look
- r/golf, r/GolfEquipment, golf equipment forums, YouTube club reviews
- Keep
- Golfers asking where to buy clubs, grips or bags, which product to choose, or who has an item in stock
- Skip
- Swing tips, course talk, people selling used gear, other stores advertising

Built for any catalog
RV parts, golf grips, or anything people ask about
The same tool works for an RV supply store. Signal finds the new owner building a first-trip shopping list and the camper who needs a part shipped before the weekend, and leaves out the posts that are only chatter.
The questions shoppers ask are also your best content brief. Use them to write product page copy, buying guides and FAQs that answer what people really want to know.
- Redditr/GoRVing3h agoStrong fit
“First trip next month in our new-to-us travel trailer. What supplies do we need before we go, and where do you get them?”
Why: New owner, building a cart
- ForumRV owners forum6h agoStrong fit
“Need a replacement water pump for a 2016 fifth wheel. Who ships fast? Leaving on the 20th.”
Why: Urgent, specific part

Signal for eCommerce - FAQ
What is Signal?
Signal is the lead-hunting tool 1Digital built into WorkspaceCRM. It reads public posts on Reddit, community forums, YouTube comments, LinkedIn and X, keeps the ones where someone is asking for what your store sells, and lists them in a dashboard with the post, where it came from and why it fits.
Do I need to move my store to use Signal?
No. Signal does not touch your store. It works the same for Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce or any other platform, because it only reads public conversations and shows them to you.
Does Signal post or reply for me?
No. Signal only reads public posts. It never posts, comments, votes or messages anyone. You decide which conversations to join and how. Most communities welcome a genuinely helpful answer and remove a sales pitch, so read each community's rules before you reply.
What kind of stores is Signal good for?
Stores whose customers talk about products before they buy: golf and sporting goods, RV and outdoor gear, auto parts, hobby and collectibles, pet supplies, beauty and supplements, and anything with fit, compatibility or “which one should I get” questions. If people ask for advice about what you sell, Signal can find them.
How many conversations will I get?
It depends on your products and how much your customers talk online. Some stores see several strong posts a scan, others one or two a week. We do not promise a number of leads or sales.
How much does it cost?
Signal is priced per scan, with a monthly bundle for stores that scan often, and you set a spending cap so a bill never surprises you. Tell us about your store with the form on this page and we will walk you through the options for your catalog.
I already run my website on WorkspaceCMS. How do I add Signal?
You can add it from your WorkspaceCMS dashboard. See Signal on WorkspaceCMS for the details.
