What it does
What every mailbox includes

Room for years of everyday mail, with incoming messages up to 50 MB so large attachments still arrive.
Use the app you already have
Read mail in your browser at mail.workspacecms.ai, or connect Outlook, Apple Mail, the Gmail app, iPhone, iPad, Android and Thunderbird over IMAP, POP and SMTP.
Spam and virus filtering
Incoming mail is filtered before it reaches you, and you can keep your own lists of allowed and blocked senders.
Two-step sign-in
Turn on a second step at sign-in so a stolen password alone cannot open your inbox.
Out-of-office and rules
Set automatic replies while you are away, sort mail with rules, and keep a signature and up to five saved templates.
Free forwarding addresses
Create extra addresses like jobs@ or billing@ that deliver into an existing mailbox, without paying for another one.
