AI Receptionist · Appointment bookingby Tactly

Callers book themselves in

Most people who call want a time. The AI Receptionist finds an open slot on your calendar, offers it, and books it before the caller hangs up.

7-day free trial with 30 minutes included. Card on file, cancel anytime.

Already a client? Add Tactly from your 1Digital client portal or your WorkspaceCMS dashboard so everything stays on one account.

Try it live: call (305) 928-1811. Our AI receptionist answers our own line.

Illustration with example data
The short version: the receptionist is connected to your calendar. When a caller wants an appointment, it looks for open times, offers them, and books the one the caller picks. It only says "you are booked" once the calendar has accepted it, and you get an email with the details.

On the call

How a booking happens

Real open times only

It reads your calendar for free slots, so it never offers a time you are already busy.

Confirmed before it says so

The caller is told they are booked only after the calendar has saved the appointment. No booking is promised that does not exist.

The details you need

It takes the caller's name and number, and what the appointment is for, so you walk in prepared.

A message when nothing fits

If none of the open times work, it takes a message with a confirmed callback number so you can arrange something by hand.

Why it matters

A call that ends with a time on the calendar

A message asks you to do the work later. A booking is the work already done.

Less phone tag

There is no callback to schedule a callback. The appointment exists the moment the call ends.

Bookings at any hour

Callers can book at night and on weekends, when your front desk is not there to do it.

Your team stays on task

When it covers missed calls, the people in front of you get your attention instead of the phone.

Every booking in writing

Each booked call is emailed to you with a summary and the full transcript of what was agreed.

Common questions

Will it double-book me?
It only offers times your calendar shows as free, and only confirms a booking after the calendar accepts it.
Can I control which times it offers?
It works from the availability on your calendar, so block out the times you do not want booked and it will not offer them.
What does the caller get?
A spoken confirmation of the time once the calendar has accepted it. You receive the summary and transcript by email.
