What is not included
Your Shopify or BigCommerce subscription, apps, transaction fees and payment processing are billed by those providers and paid by you. The plan covers the storefront: design and build, the connection to your store, your plan's features, and ongoing support and management. Sending leads into a CRM, ERP data on the storefront and custom APIs are quoted separately, or handled on Enterprise.
