Each 1Digital store plan includes a semi-custom storefront design and build at no extra cost. Launch covers 5 page types with 2 looks and 2 revision rounds, Growth covers 10 page types with 2 looks and 2 rounds, and Scale covers 15 page types with 3 looks and 3 rounds. The storefront is hosted on WorkspaceCMS and connected to the client's Shopify or BigCommerce store. Fully custom, Figma-first design is eCommerce Enterprise.

Is this a Shopify or BigCommerce theme?
No. We design and host a new storefront on WorkspaceCMS and connect it to your store. Your existing theme is not touched, and your store keeps running checkout, payments and orders.
What if I need a fully custom design?
Fully custom, Figma-first design is part of eCommerce Enterprise, from $1,999 a month and quoted after a call.
Do I pay for the design separately?
No. The design and build come with your plan, billed monthly on a 12-month term.
How many page types are designed on each plan?
5 on Launch, 10 on Growth and 15 on Scale, each designed for your brand.

Home, collection, product, about and contact.
What do Growth and Scale add to the design?
Growth designs 10 page types, including landing, category and brand-story pages. Scale designs 15 with 3 looks to choose from, for bigger catalogs and more kinds of pages.
How many looks do I choose from?
2 on Launch and Growth, 3 on Scale. You pick the direction, then refine it.
How many rounds of design changes do I get?
2 rounds before launch on Launch and Growth and 3 on Scale. After launch, changes are unlimited and made for you at your plan's turnaround.
Is my storefront a template?
No. It is a semi-custom design for your brand, built by our team on our proven system, so you get a storefront designed for you without the cost of a fully custom project.
Is the storefront designed for phones?
Yes. Every layout is designed for phones as carefully as for desktops, and every screen is checked on mobile before launch.
How does the design process start?
With a mockup of your homepage and key pages. You give feedback, we make your design changes, check every screen on mobile and launch, usually in 3 to 4 weeks. That is a typical timeline; actual timing depends on your integrations and how quickly feedback and approvals come back.
How many pages can my storefront have?
Up to 25 on Launch, and products and blog posts never count toward that. Growth and Scale have unlimited pages.
What happens to my current theme?
Nothing. It stays in your Shopify or BigCommerce store, untouched. Your new storefront is designed and hosted on WorkspaceCMS.
Will the design be refreshed later?
Yes. Always Fresh gives you a free redesign 2 years after launch on Launch, Growth and Scale.
