A 1Digital eCommerce Website Plan is a storefront that 1Digital designs, hosts on WorkspaceCMS and manages, connected to the client's existing Shopify or BigCommerce store, which keeps checkout, payments and orders. Every plan includes the design and build, product and collection SEO at launch, unlimited changes made by 1Digital's team, AI agents and a free redesign every two years (Always Fresh). Plans are Launch at $499, Growth at $799 and Scale at $1,299 a month on a 12-month term.

Store plan questions

Do you build inside my Shopify or BigCommerce theme?
No. We design and host a new storefront on WorkspaceCMS and connect it to your store. Your theme, apps, checkout and order history stay as they are.
Which platforms do store plans support?
Shopify and BigCommerce. Magento, WooCommerce and custom platforms are eCommerce Enterprise, from $1,999 a month.
Is there a build fee?
No. The storefront design and build come with your plan, billed monthly on a 12-month term.
How much does a 1Digital store plan cost?
eCommerce Launch is $499 a month, Growth $799 and Scale $1,299, each on a 12-month term with the design and build included. eCommerce Enterprise starts from $1,999 a month and is quoted after a call. Your Shopify or BigCommerce subscription is billed separately by them.
What is the difference between Launch, Growth and Scale?
How much is designed, how fast changes come back and how many AI agents work for you. Launch designs 5 page types with changes in 2 business days. Growth designs 10, adds unlimited pages, every AI agent and changes in 1 business day. Scale designs 15, adds weekly AI Visibility scans, more integrations, the priority queue and a monthly working session. AI credits are 400 on Launch, 1,200 on Growth and 2,000 on Scale a month.
Where is my storefront hosted?
On WorkspaceCMS, the AI-powered CMS our team uses to design, build and manage every store plan storefront. Hosting, weekly speed and health checks and fixes on our side come with the plan, and your store keeps running checkout on Shopify or BigCommerce.
Do shoppers still check out on Shopify or BigCommerce?
Yes. Shoppers browse, search and add to cart on your storefront, then check out on your Shopify or BigCommerce checkout. Payments, shipping, taxes, customer accounts and orders never leave your store.
How long does it take to launch a store plan storefront?
Most storefronts go live in weeks, usually 3 to 4: a mockup of your homepage and key pages, your design changes, mobile checks on every screen, then launch, connected to your store. That is a typical timeline; actual timing depends on your integrations and how quickly feedback and approvals come back.
Is SEO part of every store plan?
Yes. Every product, collection and page gets titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap at launch. Growth and Scale add AI Visibility tracking and articles for questions your store is missing from. An ongoing SEO campaign with a strategist is a separate add-on, and no one can promise rankings.
Will my storefront ever get a new design?
Yes. Launch, Growth and Scale include Always Fresh: 24 months after launch we redesign your storefront for free. Ask about 30 days before the 2-year mark so we can book it. Redeeming starts a new 12-month term at your current rate.
Can I edit the storefront myself?
Yes. Change any headline, image or collection in your dashboard whenever you like, and send anything bigger to our team as a change request. Changes are unlimited on every plan.
Which AI agents come with a store plan?
Lead Follow-up, Sage and Newsletters are on every plan. Growth and Scale add Blog Autopilot, Social Automation, the AI chat agent and the AI Visibility Tracker. On Launch, Blog Autopilot drafts posts one at a time and the AI chat agent, Social Automation and AI Visibility are $49/mo add-ons.
Is there a money-back guarantee on store plans?
Launch, Growth and Scale come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your 30 days start the day we deliver your final round of design revisions, and your store launches inside that window. Cancel before then, or within those 30 days, and we refund every plan payment in full. eCommerce Enterprise is not covered and is non-refundable.
Are Shopify or BigCommerce fees part of the plan price?
Your Shopify or BigCommerce subscription, apps, transaction and payment-processing fees, and any other third-party costs are billed by those providers and paid by you. Your plan covers the storefront: design and build, integration with your store, your plan's features, and ongoing support and management.
Do store plans work with Shopify Plus and BigCommerce Enterprise?
Yes. 1Digital® Agency is a Shopify Plus Partner and an Elite BigCommerce Partner. Plus and BigCommerce Enterprise stores sign up the same way, and their checkout, payments and platform features stay in their own admin.
What happens to my store if I end the plan?
Your store stays yours. Products, orders, customers and checkout live in your own Shopify or BigCommerce account the whole time. The managed storefront is part of the plan, and the WorkspaceCMS Terms explain what happens to it when a plan ends.
Who designs and manages the storefront?
1Digital® Agency, a US-based eCommerce agency with 100+ client reviews. The same team that runs eCommerce SEO, paid media and development for our clients designs your storefront and makes your changes after launch.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. Move from Launch to Growth or Scale from your dashboard when you need more page types, more agents or faster changes. Stores that outgrow Scale talk to us about Enterprise.
