Website Development; Site Support: Micro Balance Health Products, producer of a variety of holistic mold treatment products featuring powerful natural botanicals like citrus seed oil, came to us with a series of website issues that affected appearance, usability, interface, and which otherwise presented a variety of obstructions to conversion. Our developers carefully went through the website with a fine-toothed comb seeking out and rectifying issues associated with cart count, hover-over visibility, heading and content styles, and footer disruptions. We identified and redressed these and other issues (and are in the process of continuously reviewing their website for UX recommendations) to improve the display and overall user experience to boost site engagement with the goal of fostering a healthier conversion rate.
