Custom Design: Custom Design: Knockety.com sells a wide range of customizable exterior doors, direct-to-consumer. Cutting out the middleman saves Knockety’s customers money, but requires its customers to be more familiar with sizing requirements, necessary hardware, and a few other additional technical details.
Knockety had previously engaged with another design agency that helped them get the wheels turning, but at the end of the day, Knockety required some in-depth product page customizations to streamline the customer experience, eliminate frustrations, and reduce the workload for its staff.
Ultimately, the project required more in-depth expertise than their current design agency could provide, so they brought the project to 1Digital® Agency. We implemented the design changes necessary to their homepage and then created a set of customizations to their product page to guide the customer purchasing journey.
