Migration: The Bob Ross Team reached out to 1Digital when they were ready to move off Volusion. After discussing their options with our development team, they settled on BigCommerce as their new platform home. We coordinated the data migration of products, customers, and orders to BigCommerce. We also worked closely with the Bob Ross team to ensure that their ERP system, Acctivate, would be compatible with BigCommerce and could transmit data fluidly into the new platform.
